Art Exhibition: Meet the artist Rohitha and some of her works..

Welcome all to the art exhibition.

Rohitha is my colleague at SAP Labs, team mate at Read India Foundation and a great artist! I knew her as an artist but when I witnessed her masterpieces during the photo-shoot, I was full of joy :) I was even more stunned when I heard she came up with these master-pieces in a span of just 4 years while working on them over weekends only (apart from other interests that she gets busy with). I am now terribly inspired in fine arts ;) I am sure you too will, after seeing these beautiful paintings.

FOR SALE! Price: 8000 INR

This is the first time I did photo-shoot of paintings and it was quite a challenging experience. Had to try a lot of different locations to avoid glare on the glass frame but yet retain good uniform lighting from the natural source. It was also a challenge to avoid angular distortions. Nevertheless, it was hard to achieve zero distortions which I then partially corrected using editing tools. I must say that I got to learn a lot about such a photo-session.
